fast: Implementation of the Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test (FAST)
The Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test (FAST) is a method
to determine global sensitivities of a model on parameter
changes with relatively few model runs. This package implements
this sensitivity analysis method.
